Christian Acoustic Music Open-mic
at the Torch
The Christian Acoustic Music Open-mic is held at the Torch Community Center on the 1st Sunday of every month, 7:00-8:30 pm.
Open to all skill levels of Christian musicians who are willing to use their God given talent to minister to others. Also, open to those who enjoy being ministered to by Godly music.
The Torch Community Center is located in the rear building at the Clock Tower Plaza, just west of Morgantown at 2846 Main Street, Morgantown, PA 19543.

Info for Musicians:
All music is to be Christian music; your songs, conduct, & appearance are to bring honor & glory to Jesus Christ and minister to others in a Godly manner. We request that women wear modest dresses/skirts and that men wear long pants. We also request that dresses/blouses/shirts have sleeves and no low necklines.
Sign up time for musicians is 6:30pm until 6:55pm. The first ten musicians who sign up within the sign-up time period will have guaranteed opportunity to share their music on the open mic. Musicians signing up after the first ten, or who show up after the sign-up period, may have opportunity to share their music, if time allows for it.
The venue has a small coffeehouse atmosphere with a small stage, room for tuning, keyboard for pianists, 4 microphones with stands, sheet music stands, & stools. No drum sets allowed; hand drums/percussion are permitted. Acoustic instruments permitted; a cappella music also encouraged.
